Tony Pec

Managing Partner

Tony Pec

Tony Pec, known as The Godfather of Instagram, is a Managing Partner at Y Not You, a Forbes-featured growth advisory firm he co-founded in 2018. He leads the firm's business development and brand growth, helping business owners and entrepreneurs grow their brands online. Born and raised in The Bronx, Tony operates with the belief his father instilled in him: "You can achieve anything you put your mind to."

Before co-founding Y Not You, Tony built his foundation as an entrepreneur, sharpening his sales and business instincts across a series of ventures. He started his first (a natural and organic lip balm) his freshman year of college, and pursued several more before turning to social media in 2016. It was there that he was coined "The Godfather of Instagram," taking his own skillset and proof of success online to help other business owners and entrepreneurs do the same, the foundation for the work he now leads at Y Not You.

His expertise spans social media branding, networking, business development, and sales. Extroverted and personable by nature, he has built an extraordinary multi-billion-dollar network spanning top business owners, political figures, celebrities, and local entrepreneurs across several states, and is constantly seeking new ways to grow the Y Not You brand. That reputation has made him a nationally sought-after speaker: he has spoken at events across the country, appeared on television, been interviewed by numerous media outlets, and been published in outlets including Forbes, Entrepreneur.com, and USA Today.

In 2024, Tony was named a Wunderkind, recognized as one of Westchester County's top 20 business professionals under 35. Beyond Y Not You, he hosts the Impact Golf Outing, the largest charity golf outing in the tri-state area, raising money for Blythedale Children's Hospital at Pelham Split Rock in The Bronx, an event that drew 288 golfers, more than 50 vendors across 36 holes, and a cocktail hour of 1,500-plus attendees in 2024. Outside of work, Tony enjoys business and investing, hosting networking events, spending time with his sister, listening to podcasts, smoking cigars, and playing golf.

Francis Volpe

Managing Partner

Francis Volpe

Francis Volpe is a Managing Partner at Y Not You, a Forbes-featured growth advisory firm he co-founded in 2018. He leads the firm's content creation, helping business owners and their brands turn media, marketing, and psychology into content and strategy that stand out. Born and raised in Westchester, New York, Francis operates with the mindset his mother instilled in him: "Be extraordinary, not ordinary."

Before co-founding Y Not You, Francis built his foundation across a range of fields. He began his career in the mortgage industry as a loan officer for RFA Capital Corp, a mortgage brokerage based in Darien, Connecticut, and also worked as a stunt performer, appearing in shows such as POWER, Wu Tang Clan: An American Saga, and Dietland, a stint that first sparked his love for content creation and strategy. Earlier, he graduated from Fordham Prep in 2012 as a two-sport athlete and senior-year captain of both the football and hockey teams, leading the football team to its first championship in over 40 years, before going on to play four years of college football at Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts, and earning a degree in Business Management with a minor in Marketing.

Today, Francis works directly with the content team, whose creativity has made Y Not You highly sought after for both its ideas and its execution. Alongside that role, he has channeled his love for marketing and content creation into building a food brand of his own, Snack Time TV, founded on highlighting and supporting small business. It has accumulated more than 500 million views across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook and a community of over 800,000 followers, connecting him with some of the largest creators in the space and sharpening the content skills he brings back to his clients.

Francis has spoken to numerous audiences on the power of social media, the significance of content, and what it takes to establish a brand, and has been recognized by outlets such as FOX 5 NY and highlighted by DigitalAdBrief on its show Digital Champions. In 2024, he was named a Wunderkind, recognized as one of Westchester County's top business professionals under 35. Outside of work, Francis enjoys playing sports, traveling, reading, listening to podcasts, and spending time with his friends, family, and girlfriend.

Michael Capozzi

Managing Partner

Michael Capozzi

Michael Capozzi is a Managing Partner at Y Not You, a Forbes-featured growth advisory firm he co-founded in 2018. He leads the firm's operations strategy and AI and automation advisory practices, helping business owners build the systems and structures they need to scale. Born and raised in The Bronx, Michael operates with the mindset that "You should be the only person determining your journey."

Before co-founding Y Not You, Michael built his foundation in technical problem-solving as part of the Leadership Team at Apple, where he assisted the Genius Bar and developed a sharp customer-first approach to complex issues. He then transitioned to Tishman Construction, an AECOM company, where he served as a Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Project Manager, developing Standard Operating Procedures and coordinating large-scale logistics and scheduling for corporate interior fit-out projects, skills that now translate directly into the operational frameworks he builds for clients.

That belief drove him from corporate construction management into entrepreneurship, where he could apply his obsession with efficiency and systems thinking on his own terms. His expertise spans artificial intelligence, automation, no-code solutions, web development, and data analytics. He thrives in ambiguous situations where there is no clear playbook, and he brings that same adaptability to every client engagement, staying ahead of shifts in technology and digital strategy to provide forward-looking guidance to both clients and the Y Not You team.

In 2024, Michael was named a Wunderkind, recognized as one of Westchester County's top business professionals under 35. Outside of work, Michael enjoys analyzing music albums down to individual lyrics, reading literature, collecting and playing video games, researching the mechanics behind tech startups, and restoring retro technology to its former glory.
